When we ship
We aim to ship all orders the next business day but please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed for shipping. Please note during peak periods, order processing time may take longer.
Our shipping options
We ship within New Zealand. While we ship to most cities, there may be some exceptions and we may not be able to ship to rural areas. Please email us at info@outputenvy.com if you would like to check.
Delivery times can take up to 10 days from the date we ship your item. Please note, delivery times may vary in peak periods.
